Review: Crown Brush HD set
This lovely set of brushes arrived a few days before my trip to the bay area (had to go home for the holidays) it was perfect for traveling; light and easy to pack.
The set I received was a light purple w/ white & pink tips, which was PERFECT since they are two of my favorite colors, There is also a white and an orange set.
This set comes with 6 super soft brushes, tweezers and a case with a mirror. The brushes are perfect for HD cosmetics, creams, liquids and powder.
I am always a little skeptical when it comes to brushes, some don't blend well and others are just so rough, this set was amazing not only are the brushes super soft but they blend so well and are vegan friendly. This set makes a great Christmas gift!
The 6 brushes includes in this set are:
- Pro Powder Brush
- Tapered Blush Brush
- Deluxe Contour Brush
- Chisel Shadow Brush
- Crease Blender Brush
- Detail Liner Brush
If you haven't tried out Crown Brush HD set with Mirror & Tweezers, please check them out! http://bit.ly/19fuEGV

Review: Sonia Kashuk Brow kit
Eyebrows can make or break your look, there's nothing worst then a great makeup look and horrible eyebrows. (ok, maybe there is I'm just being dramatic, but still its a horrible site)
I'm always trying new products for my eyebrows and although I love Anastasia, I also like to save some money.
A few weeks back I stopped by target and picked up Sonia Kashuk Eyebrow kit ($10).
I don't know why it took me so long to review this product since it's one of my favorites now.
The Kit comes with 4 different colors, when I first purchased the kit I had the Ombre hair going on. so the darkest brown was perfect and now that I'm back to a solid dark brown/black color I'm sad that its not as dark. I wish they had a dark brown/ black color in the kit.
Alright on to the review.
This product actually didn't come with a brush, so I used one of mine which is fine, the product itself is very creamy like which scared me a bit at first, but it was easy to blend and shape, now once applied it dried and it was almost like a gel, it sets so well, as I mentioned I was a bit scared I didn't want it to smear and was so excited when it didn't smear or fade.
Overall this is an amazing product and for $10! it's a total steal.

When does Makeup Expire
Letting go of makeup is hard to do, but at some point it has to be done. Makeup has an expiration date, Here's a quick guide on the shelf lives of some beauty products.
Mascara: 3 to 4 months, although I'd throw it out at 3 since mascara is the most common place for bacteria to grow.
Eyeshadow: powder 2years, cream 12-18months
Concealer: up to 1year.Foundation: oil free foundation 6-12months, cream 18months
Lipstick & Lipgloss: 1-2 years
Eyeliner: liquid 3-4months, pencil can last up to 3years
Blush & Bronzer: Powder blush & bronzers 2 years, cream ones 6 to 9months
Nail Polish: 1year
Makeup Brushes: 2 years, make sure you wash and care for your brushes.
Try labeling your beauty products with the date of first use. This will help you know how long you've been using a product and when it's time to throw it out.

Tips: Clean Brushes
Makeup brushes aren't cheap and investing in good quality ones gets expensive, so keeping them in pristine condition is a must.
Here is a quick tip that will help wash away all that extra product out of your brushes and also to condition the bristles to keep them soft.
All you need is olive oil and anti bacterial dish soap, a plate and paper towels.
1. in a plate put equal parts of dish soap and olive oil & mix
2. Dip brush into mixture on the plate
3. Place brush in your hand and move brush back and forth then run it under warm water, still moving the brush back & forth.
4. Next starting from the base of the brush hairs, gently squeeze downwards with your hand.
5. put paper towels and lay your brushes flat to let them dry.
Review: Becca The one perfecting brush
Disclaimer: The products featured on this post where picked by me to review for LABlush. This is not a sponsored or paid review for iFabbo or companies featured on my blog. The products I received were shipped by iFabbo, for blog review purposes.
Becca the one perfecting brush is a true beauty multitasker, this brush cuts makeup application time in half by replacing 10 other brushes ( foundation brush, powder brush, contour brush, bronzer brush, stipple brush, blush brush, fan brush, concealer brush, kabuki brush)
From start to finish, primer to powder, The One Perfecting Brush can be used with liquids, creams, powders and anything in between. Non-porous, high-quality goat hair allows product to sit on top of bristles rather than absorbing, ensuring a seamless application with no wasted product.
This brush is simply AH-MAZING, I was a little skeptical at first but after just one use I was hooked!!
I used the brush to apply foundation, I was amazed at how well it applied my liquid foundation and that it used less product, then I applied concealer under my eyes and then used the brush to contour my face. I would dip one end of the brush in my contour shade and apply to my cheek bones and jaw then blend down, the rest of the brush would blend the color beautifully, and to finish it off I used it on a soft pink blush, it went on amazing, you can really do everything with just one brush and the colors don't blend or mix. My skin looked airbrushed..simply flawless!
Overall this brush is probably one of the most amazing inventions EVER!, it saves you time in your makeup routine and money by using less product. This brush is $50 and soo worth every penny.
You can purchase the Becca brush exclusively at Sephora

unlike other brushes this brush doesn't soak up a lot of the product, this is the brush after I used primer, liquid foundation, concealer, contour, bronzer, hd powder and blush!

Makeup look: Pop Art
2. Next with liquid liner draw around your face, fill in your eyebrows. Outline your lips.
3. Apply a primer to your eyes then apply a bright eyeshadow.
Fill in your lips with a bright lipstick, make sure you don't smudge the black. Then apply eyeliner to your eyes and with the liquid liner create a dramatic winged eyeliner.
4. Use a jumbo white eyeliner pencil and create rows of dots, this part is easy just takes time.
5. Finally apply some mascara and dramatic eyelashes!

Review: perlier Imperial honey body butter review
I Love love love Perlier products, I have tried a few different lotions and other body products from perlier and I am never disappointed, their products are amazing.
This body butter left my skin feeling super soft, it goes on smooth and doesn't feel super oily or thick and it gets absorbed quickly, I tried this for about a week and saw great results, my skin feels soft and I didn't have to keep reapplying through out the day, the only thing I am not big about is the smell, it was a little Woodsie but not too overwhelming which Was good, I thought it was going to have more of a sweet honey smell.
I definitely recommend this body butter specially for the winter, it is a must have.
You can purchase this honey body butter here --> http://bit.ly/GT2CdC

Review: Perlier Volcanic Thermal Spa Renewing Scrub
Soft skin is a must, and Perlier products always leaves skin feeling soo soft. I was excited to try their new scrub. Perlier’s Volcanic Thermal Spa Thermo Renewing Scrub is basically a beauty treatment for your skin.
The packaging is super cute and the scrub itself is a pretty blue, like something you would see at a spa.
According to their website, this product contains micronutrients which were extracted from volcanic rocks.
The micronutrients are essential & vital to the cells and skin and the mineral particles work with the thermal water to stimulate regeneration in the epidermis while the finer powders smooths the skin.
I love love love this product because it leaves my skin feeling so clean and smooth, the smell is not too overwhelming, its soft and refreshing. Once applied the scrub is clear and doesn't feel rough like some other scrubs.
You can purchase this amazing scrub for $25 at HSN.com
Make sure to use ifabbo5 when you purchase this scrub and received $5 off!
Enjoy beauties.

Review: HYD for Men
Disclaimer: The products featured on this post where picked by me to review for LABlush. This is not a sponsored or paid review for iFabbo or companies featured on my blog. The products I received were shipped by iFabbo, for blog review purposes
Hello loves,
I received HYD for men from iFabbo, its a bit different since its for men but I was excited to write a review about products for men even if I didn't get to try out the products, I had my brother try these out.
Shave Cream ($12.99)
The shaving cream smells so delicious, its a soft citrus smell not too overpowering (I had to smell it). This shaving cream is infused with essential oils that help soothe and moisturize the skin while reducing irritation, and also helps reduce blade friction. My brother tried this and stated that unlike most shaving creams that are foamy, this cream is more like a lotion and sticks right to the skin which allows for a closer shave and left his skin soft, he was really happy with the results.
Razor Shield ($17)
I personally had never heard of a razor shield, this product creates a liquid barrier made up of natural oils which protects the razor blades which extends the life of the blade. My brother used this for about 2 weeks noticed a difference in the blades, he stated that they lasted longer.
Buffer Stick ($25)
This buffer stick exfoliates the skin and its not harsh, just like the shave cream this also had a citrusy smell. Unfortunately my brother felt like it didn't do anything for him, everyone is different so other people might have different results with this, I personally thought it was a great idea.
You can purchase this set or each product separately, its a perfect gift for a loved one.

Review: Diamond Candles
Disclaimer: The product featured on this post was picked by me to review for LABlush. This is not a sponsored or paid review for Diamond Candles. The product I received was shipped by Diamond Candles, for blog review purposes only.
Hi Dolls,
So these have been the longest 3 days, I have been patiently waiting for my "Diamond Candles" candle and its finally here!, I totally did a happy dance when I saw the Fed Ex truck pull up.
This is such an amazing idea, a delicious candle with a buried treasure inside... its genius!.
Each candle has a ring inside worth anywhere from $10 to 5,000. Now I know what you're thinking, do they really put a 5k ring inside? and the answer is yes!, if you look on google you can see pictures of lucky costumers who found a 5k ring inside.
The candles are made of 100% soy wax which means the candle burns cleaner than a typical petroleum based candle and also burn slower which means the candle will last longer. Not to mention soy beans are grown in the US so this also helps American Farmers.
So I tried Island Getaway not what I typically get but I wanted to try something different, and I am totally in love with the scent, its soft and not overwhelming like some candles, I can smell the kiwi, pineapple and coconut, which I am totally loving and it burns so slow which means its going to last a long time.
I have to confess that I did not wait patiently to take my ring out, I was able to spot the foil right away and dug in with a knife, I know it kinda ruins it a little but I was too excited to wait.
I didn't get a 5K ring like I was hoping for but I did get a cute ring and it fits! and the Candle smells sooo good!
This Candle is a perfect gift for a loved one and also for yourself.
Each candle is $24.95 and so worth it.
What girl doesn't love candles... moreover, what girl doesn't love diamonds?

Tips: Lashes
From singles to strips, I'm totally obsessed with false lashes.
I'm guilty of wearing them almost everyday, I just love how they make your eyes stand out.
The downside of using false lashes, is that over time the glue damages your natural eyelashes, causing them to fall out, so taking care of your natural lashes is a must! even if you don't use false lashes like I do, you still need to take care of your lashes.

Review: L'oreal Magic Skin Beautifier BB cream
I have been waiting patiently to try L'oreal Magic Skin Beautifier BB cream.
After a nice mini vacation with the lovely InStyleITrust I was really sunburned so getting to try
this BB took a little longer, I'm still a red but I couldn't wait.
This BB cream is suppose to Prime and hydrate your skin and also helps even out skin tone and cover imperfections.
The first thing I loved about this product is that it doesn't feel greasy or heavy like other BB creams.
I have combination skin and do get oily quick so the last thing I need is to have something oily on my face.
When first applied the BB cream is greyish white with little beads until you blend it out. It has good coverage, like most BB creams it has light coverage almost like a tinted moisturizer. I love that this BB evened out my skin tone and did cover the redness that I had on my face, I don't like that it doesn't have SPF and didn't help much with the dark circles. but I can always apply a little concealer and moisturizer with SPF.
This is now my go to for everyday makeup, its great for the "no makeup" makeup look and all for $7!
