2 must haves for curly hair

1.SATIN PILLOW or SILK cases: they help eliminate “bed head” this allows your curls to look amazing the next day (as we all know, you cant wash your hair every day, your hair needs the natural oils.)

I use a silk case, this makes my hair routine so much shorter, since I can wear my curls without the headache of having to revamp my curls every morning. (which means a few more mins of sleep!)

2. POMADE: this helps your curls stay intact when you are hit with humidity or a rainy day ( no one likes a bad hair day)

I found this out by accident, I was at home visiting and couldn’t find anything but pomade and it worked amazing!, the bay area weather is not nice to my hair.

False eyelashes no no..

A couple of years ago a friend of mine (a dancer) gave me what I thought was a great tip..
to use weave glue to glue on eyelashes because it would stay on longer,
now thankfully I never fully got around to trying out this “great” tip.
Well I did a little research and realized that this is actually a horrible horrible tip, your eye area is really sensative and this is a strong chemical (unlike the eyelash adhesive)
The chemicals in the weave glue can damage your skin and also your eyelashes and no one wants that,
so ladies stay away from the weave glue for your eyelashes!!
If any professional makeup artist uses anything other than eyelash adhesive, part ways.

Eyelash adhesive is for false eyelashes; weave glue is for weave.

New Year resolution

I hope you all had an amazing New year,

now just like everyone else I have set up some new year resolutions, one of my main ones is to remove my makeup every night before bed, no matter how tired I am, I sometimes fall asleep and even my lashes are still on, no bueno.
