The Kitchen Beautician: DIY face Masks
I used Plain yogurt and honey in all 3 masks because they are great natural sources for skin treatments;
- yogurt contains lactic acid which helps reduce the size of your pores, yogurt also helps reduce oiliness and moisturizes your skin.
- Honey helps fight acne and wrinkles,honey tightens and helps brighten your skin.
1. add cucumber pulp, (use a fine cheese grater to create pulp.) cucumber helps soften and brighten your skin.
2.Turmeric has a lot of benefits for your skin. It helps with acne as well as helping even out your skin tone and give your skin a natural glow.
3.Oatmeal helps strengthen and repair your skin, oatmeal contains healthy fats that help moisturize your skin.

OWN Skin care

Hi Dolls!
As always I'm super excited to try new products, personally I had never heard of OWN skin care, so I am totally excited to try their lifting eye cream and firming silk concentrate.
In a few days I will let you all know how these products work.
OOhh and did I mention they have this amazing app that helps you keep track of the progress as well as giving you tips! all you have to do is download and take a picture of your face and it will help analyze and keep track of your skin!! i am totally loving that!

Setting Spray
Now as much as I love summer, my makeup doesn't love it as much. When the temperature rises well the makeup starts to "melt/slide" off, nothing ruins the day more then smeared eyeliner or mascara.

A setting spray will help keep that perfect winged eyeliner well perfect, even on the hottest summer days, just spray on your face after your done with your make up.

Ben Nye Luxury Powder Review
I originally wanted to use this powder to highlight my face but I chose the wrong color and used it as a face powder instead and I LalalalaLOVE it, this powder is silky, doesn't feel or look cakey and blends in easily.
The only thing I didn't like was the oil control, I have combination skin so my T-zone gets a little oily and after a few hours it began to show. I honestly think this powder is a MUST have, its affordable and looks amazing on your skin.

It feels like it has been FOREVER...
Ok well a month but close to forever, but I'm back and sooo excited for what 2013 will bring.
Well so far I have moved out of LA and now reside in the beautiful Orange County and I have already located the nearest Sephora .. which makes me oh sooo excited!.
