I'm totally hooked! the OWN serum is simply ah-mazing.
Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first, since I have combination skin I didn't want the serum to leave my skin feeling greasy or making me break out. Well I couldn't have been more wrong, this serum feels amazing going on your skin and doesn't feel greasy at all and absorbs quickly, I've been using this serum for about two weeks and my skin feels and looks, healthier, and the couple fine lines I was getting on my are gone! The Kitchen Beautician: Lavender&Lemon steam
We all know that your skin needs to be make up free and clean before you start a facial, I usually put a warm towel over my face to help open up my pores, but I recently came across this steam recipe.
Steam opens up your pores, hydrates your skin.
What you need:
- 2 lemons cut into slices.
- fresh mint leaves
- lavender
-pot of water
- towel
In the pot of water add the lemon slices, mint leaves and lavender, when the water comes to a simmer remove from the heat and let it cool off for about a minute.
Put the towel behind your head so that it traps the steam, I put the hot water into a huge bowl and lean my face over the bowl (DON'T lean over too close!) just get close enough so that you can feel the warm steam over your skin, you can do it until you can't feel the steam anymore or until it feels comfortable to you. Pat your face dry and do whatever facial it is that you have planned..

Review: OWN lifting eye cream
I’ve been testing out OWN skin care products, this is a new natural anti-aging skin care line.
