I think the garlic would be hard to swallow if eaten raw, but I'll try it. My mother used to peel the bananas, put them in a bowl and squash it to make a paste and put it on my face when my acne was really bad in high school. She did that with the avacado as well. AND IT WORKS! :) But I'll will definitely try the garlic and the spinich. Thanks for the tips!
ReplyDeleteYea, I agree about the garlic idea. I have tried the banana mask also and it really helps! Im looking for ways to eat the garlic raw with out the big taste.
