Hot lips lipgloss = love!

Lipgloss has always been my obsession, and have recently discovered & fallen in love, Aida Cosmetics. I tried their "Hot Lips" lipgloss and well it was love at first wear, haha. The pigment is amazing, it wasnt super sticky but sticky enough & I didn't have to keep reapplying it every 2 hours like other lipglosses *revlon*
this fuchsia lipgloss has a hint of glitter not too much but enough to give it a sexy playful look..
It's perfect for a day look or pair it up with some thick lashes and eyeliner for a sexy night look.

Coconut oil hair mask

Coconut oil is amazing, i tried it on my hair this weekend & well it left my hair feeling super soft.
here is a step by step of this amazing homemade hair mask... your hair will love you.



1. grab a table spoon of coconut oil (melt it on a pan)
2. mix it with one egg
3. spread all over your hair
4. put on a shower cap & leave on for about 45mins
5.rinse out well with warm h20 then use a very good smelling conditioner (to get rid of the smell of the egg)

This will help nourish your hair back to health and keep it healthy.

My Obsession: Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is my new found obsession, A good friend of mine told me some of its benefits for hair and well lets just say it is now my super oil!.

Everyone enjoys a nice glass of wine or cocktail, I know I enjoy this guilty pleasure.
Well I have a trip to ATL coming up with my girls and my besti (@InStyleITrust) came up with a great idea
No drinking until then. I wasn’t all for the idea at first, as I do enjoy a glass or two of wine or a delicious margarita.
I decided to do some research, I mean we all know alcohol is fattening & the worst calories to burn.
(A glass of wine=125cal vodka tonic-120.. I don’t even want to look at mixed drinks)

Alcohol is not bad in moderation, but if you over indulge your health & skin will suffer,
Alcohol will reduce the level of vitamin A, this vitamin helps keep your skin looking & feeling healthy,
Vitamin A helps has antioxidant properties that can help to reduce damage caused by free radicals.[free radicals can cause the breakdown of collagen fibers and elastin], this vitamin also helps push up new skin cells to keep your skin looking healthy.
Alcohol also dehydrates your skin causing it to loose blood circulation.
The of abuse alcohol will result in a bloated & puffy face with fine lines & wrinkles… I think I’ll skip that look.
So enjoy a drink or two but don’t over indulge your health & skin will thank you.

Sunburns & makeup .. No no.

After my recent trip to Palm Springs, I came back looking like a lobster ( I feel like Sebastian)
Well after this lovely vacation, it was back to the office for me and well the bright red face is not my best look, I considered wearing makeup but
After some thinking, I just stuck it out.
Makeup can irritate your skin and even develop blisters, and that’s even worst then the sunburn.
The best you can do if you MUST apply, try some loose powder.. I just threw on some mascara & chapstick & of course some aloe vera..

Please make sure to keep reapplying that sunscreen!

Oh the excitement!,
Sephora has partnered up with MARC JACOBS, to create a line of makeup (which means the brand will be sold exclusively at Sephora.)
Marc Jacobs has conquered our fashion’s hearts with amazing accessories & handbags, so Im sure the line will be chic & amazing, like everything he does.
I mean so far the perfumes have been amazing (who doesn’t love Lola)

No date has been set for the release date, but I’m guessing maybe spring/summer 2013 with a big debut in New York in Sept for fashion week?
I cant wait for NYFW to indulge in everything Marc Jacobs!

Marc Jacobs new fragrance DOT is do to launch in August 2012.
I don’t know how I feel about the packaging, I love it but then again not so much.
The ladybug reminds me of a toy but I do love the gold plaque with the name, regardless I can wait to smell what amazing new fragrance Marc Jacobs has come up with.
