If you've stepped inside an ULTA, sephora or any drug store chances are you've seen rows and rows of BB, CC & DD creams and are wondering what the big difference is, So here is a basic breakdown of each product, and what they do. (Although some may differ depending on the brand)
BB cream
BB cream is like tinted moisturizer it gives you light coverage and hydration as well as work as a primer and most brands have SPF, this is
perfect for everyday use.
CC cream
CC creams give you little more coverage than BBs and still feel super light. Unlike BB's, CC's have the addition of ingredients(like vitamin C&E) that help diminish dark spots and redness, it helps the appearance of skin. This is perfect if you have problem skin like acne.
DD cream
DD cream is a compilation of BB & CC creams, it gives you light coverage with hydrating and anti-aging ingredients like botanical oils (avocado, almond, jojoba), vitamins C and E , and did I mention anti-aging benefits!!, this cream helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles!.
These creams have a lot in common but also have components that set them apart from one another.
