Throwback: Chanel's 2009 Spring Collection!

Remember Chanel's 2009 Spring Collection?
I've had the Rouge Double intense ultra wear lip color and it has been sitting in my stash
ignored for a while and last night I decided to use it and I fell in love with it ...again

I have Sandstone a creamy terracotta color that I think suits both warm and cool tones.
Ok, so I know the price is a bit high ($35), however unlike most drugstore versions of a similar formula, none of them feel as smooth or last as long.

Morning Routine...

It  has finally been hot in Los Angeles the last few weeks, so lately for work my beauty routine in the morning includes just a few steps. First I wash my face with L'Oreal Go 360 Clean the Deep Exfoliating Scrub version. Then I moisturize with Neutrogena combination skin moisturizer, I ALWAYS use primer I use  Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Primer which contains chamomile & Vitamin E its a real treat for your skin! then I just finish off with loose powder, blush, lipgloss and mascara. At the moment I'm totally in love with my face wash and primer!.

In Elementary school I was obsessed with roller ball lip glosses, I had one in almost every flavor,
I no longer own any of those (tear) well I recently purchased Maybelline Shine Sensational Lip Gloss in Watermelon Punch which I am now in love and obsessed with. I must say  also Im really amazed at how much they remind me of the roller ball glosses.
The flavor is very yummy! but aside from that the formula is not that amazing its sticky which i like because it makes it stay on longer but it doesn't give you a super glossy finish either way I'm now obsessed with this delicious lip gloss.

Maybelline Shine Sensational Lip Gloss has a range of around 18 shades/flavors I was trying hard to run from the display before I overindulged so I simply grabbed one really quick and proceeded to walk really fast away from the makeup department, but i will definitely go back for more.

MAC cosmetics  is collaborating with DC  Comics' to create a limited edition collection featuring the illustrated superhero Wonder Woman. It is set to be released  spring/summer 2011 at all MAC locations. The collection will include blush,eye shadow, nail polish and lipstick (priced from $13-49.50). I don't know about you but I'm excited for this collection!.

Go 360....

I had been hearing about L'Oreal's new Go 360 Clean i was getting some mixed reiews so  had to check it out..When I bought L'Oreal Go 360 Clean, I went with the Deep Exfoliating Scrub version. There were other versions of the formula, but those were regular non-abrasive cleansers. I personally love micro-beads in my cleansers. I have been using it and i must say i LOVE it!!, I like the  fresh squeezed orange citrus scent which reminds me of Morning Burst (which i use every morning), i love the way it foams up and the way the beads feel on my skin.I just wish the brush was a bit more ruff, other then that i love it!
