We always hear "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" "beauty is skin deep" so Ive always wonder what is everyone's definition of beauty? so ..I googled the question to see what would come up...&& I found a very interesting article, its an audio but here are some of the highlights of it and also the link if you want to hear the whole interview...

Is beauty in the eye of the beholder? John defines beauty as that which brings enjoyment to the person who looks or contemplates. John defines subjective properties as properties that require subjects of the right sort to make a difference. When we say something is beautiful, are we recommending to others that they should take delight in it? Beauty may be intersubjective, but is it objective?
