Top 10 no no's for your skin


We all want clean & healthy skin, sometimes its difficult to control it but the good thing is there are ways to prevent common skin problems, below is a list of the top 10 things that should be avoided to help your skin. And I know most of us are guilty of doing more than one of them, but since is the new year maybe we should add this in our new years resolution, think of this as your not to do list.


Top ten big No No’s:

1.Not washing your face before bed (I’m guilty of this during the weekend) – there should be no excuse, you should wash your face at least 2 times a day.
2.Popping, picking at a pimple – as tempting as it is, you are doing more harm by touching it. So avoid doing it.
3.Touching your face through out the day – we all do it but just think of everything you touch through the day, don’t touch your face.
4.Remove your makeup before bed- (SUPER guilty of it) this is one of the worst things you can do, no matter how tired you are ALWAYS remove your makeup before bed.
5.Unhealthy diet- what we put in our bodies affect us in a big way, so make sure to eat healthy to keep your skin healthy.
6.STRESS- stress & anxiety should be avoided, there is nothing better then a stress free life.
7.Dehydration- please please please drink plenty of H20! It is so healthy & refreshing.
8.Not enough sleep – No matter how busy your day your body needs to rest!, believe it or not this affects your skin!
9.Not taking extra care of your skin- taking care of your face doesn’t mean just washing your face, make sure to exfoliate at least every 2 weeks & doing a facial. All this helps your skin.
10.No SPF- even if it’s not the summer, we must wear sunscreen year round. Most foundations have spf in them, so make sure you keep your skin protected from the sun.
